Howe Golfers Play District Tourney

The Lady Bulldog golf team will be making a return trip to regionals after their second-place finish in the 2010 District 11-2A championships.
Howe's number one team of Emily Taylor, Taylor Cook, Madison Wilson and Bridget Rice shot a 438 to finish behind Melissa to earn the trip. Taylor carded a 91for the low score on the Howe team.
Bulldog linkster Travis Hunt shot an impressive 87 on a windy day at Hurricane Creek Country Club in Anna and earned medalist honors. Hunt will be making his first trip to the regional tournament.
